Admission Criteria:

  • You are 16 years of age or older.
  • You are seeking Recovery from the Disease of Addiction (Substance Use Disorder).
  • Physical and Psychological health adequate for participation in the program.
  • Clients must be capable of caring for their own needs.
  • Willing to attend recovery fellowship meetings such as A.A. or N.A.
  • Able to make a commitment for a minimum of 90-days (3 months).
  • Must participate in all scheduled group therapy, individual counselling sessions, and all assigned activities.
  • You are motivated to make positive lifestyle changes and to work towards complete abstinence from all mood-altering substances to achieve long-term sustainable Recovery.
  • Opiate substitution therapy accepted; (Methadone, Suboxone, Sublocade).

Admission Process:

The Ministry of Health and Long-Term care mandates a standardized assessment tool for all drug and alcohol treatment agencies.

Our process involves;

1) Completion of GAIN Q3-MI ON Assessment Tool
2) Completion of Ken Brown Recovery Home Application (Located Below)
3) Initial Contact, Screening, and Telephone Intake Assessment

The Drug and Alcohol Helpline ConnexOntario assists with free information about other addiction services, and locations where individuals can have the Assessment Tool (GAIN-Q3-MI-ON) completed. or call 1-866-531-2600
